How to get in touch

Write to contact@wheelspinning.net from any email app. If your message is about a particular wheel, include the page address so I can open the same page you're looking at.
2. Start from a topic
Pick a topic to open a new email with the subject and a few prompts filled in for you.

What helps with a bug report
A good bug report names the page, the device and what you expected to happen. These details make a problem quick to find:
- The page address, for example wheelspinning.net/random-name-picker/.
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome.
- The steps that cause the problem.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Your lists stay private
I can't see the entries on your wheel, because they stay in your browser. If you need help with a specific wheel, send a share link from the Share button, but only if you're happy for the list to be read.
Quick answers before you write
Is the wheel rigged?
No. Every pick is drawn with your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and the fairness test lets you run 10,000 picks on your own list to check.
Where did my wheel go?
Wheels are saved in the browser you made them in. They won't show up in a private window or on another device, and clearing the site's data deletes them. To keep a copy, use Backup (JSON) in the Entries tab or save the wheel's share link.
Can I use a wheel for my giveaway?
Yes. The fair giveaway guide covers the rules, the entry list and a draw your audience can check.
Can I put a wheel on my own website?
Yes. The embed page builds the code for websites, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Notion and Canva.
